Run it yourself
Everything keeps running in your accounts. Your runbook covers the common fixes, and your team knows how to restart, change or switch off each system. If you never call me again, it keeps working.
It starts with a free assessment, and you get a written plan whether you hire me or not. From there it’s a fixed price, a build in your own accounts, and a clean handoff.
Most projects go from first call to running in your business in two to five weeks.
We walk through your business: where the hours go and where growth is getting stuck.
30 minutesThe systems that would pay off first, the hours each gives back, and a fixed price.
Within 2 daysI build it in your accounts and show it working on your real data. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
Usually 1–3 weeksIt goes live in your business, your team gets a walkthrough, and you get the runbook.
Then it’s yoursAgencies and software vendors do well when you can’t leave. I work the other way: the goal is that you never need me.
Two ways to go from here. Both are fine by me.
Everything keeps running in your accounts. Your runbook covers the common fixes, and your team knows how to restart, change or switch off each system. If you never call me again, it keeps working.
A monthly care plan covers fixes, tweaks and new builds with a set number of hours each month, so the systems grow with the business. It’s optional, and you can stop it any time.
Something else on your mind? Email me and I’ll answer it myself.
Every project is a fixed price, agreed before any work starts. As a guide: an owner AI session is $500, team workshops start at $2,000, a starter website at $750, a website with booking and lead capture at $3,000, single systems at $1,500, and connected systems at $4,000. Care plans start at $300 a month. Your free assessment ends with an exact number for your project. See pricing
Possibly a few, and you’ll know them up front. Some systems rely on services billed directly to you, like a texting service (usually pennies per message) or an AI subscription. Your one-page plan lists every one of those costs before anything is built. They’re separate from my optional care plan, which you never need for things to keep running.
You add me as a user on the tools involved, the same way you’d add an employee. I never need your passwords. At handoff, you remove my access, and everything keeps running under your accounts.
Only where a system needs it to do its job, and only through business accounts whose terms say your data isn’t used to train their models. Your plan spells out which tools see which data, so nothing is a surprise.
Your runbook covers the common fixes in plain English, and I show your team how to restart things during handoff. If you’d rather not deal with it at all, a monthly care plan puts me on call.
Usually not. Most of what I build runs on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your booking or invoicing tool, and an AI account you may already have. If a new tool would really help, I’ll tell you what it costs and why first.
Yes, anywhere around Austin, or entirely remotely if that suits you better. Calls, training and handoffs all work either way.
Everything stays in your accounts, and I set the tools up with sensible limits on what goes into AI. I spent years in IT security and compliance, including a HIPAA-regulated hospital system, so I take this part seriously.
Yes. owt studios is me, Jordan. You won’t be handed to a junior or an account manager. The person on the assessment call is the person who builds it.
A free 30-minute call, then a one-page plan of the systems that would pay off first. It’s yours to keep either way.
